We want paying for DealEdge to feel safe. This policy is short on purpose.
7-day money-back guarantee
First 7 days after your FIRST paid charge: full refund, no questions asked. Email support or use the billing portal, and the refund is issued to your original payment method (banks typically post it within 5-10 business days).
Renewals
We email a reminder before every renewal. If a renewal slipped past you, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it - forgetting to cancel should not cost you a month.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in one click from account settings - no calls, no chat with a retention agent. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Fair-use note
A refunded month with heavy usage of metered AI analysis may lead us to decline future refund requests on a repeat pattern - this protects the guarantee for everyone else. This has never needed to be more than a note.
